MEET OUR FOUNDER
John Ricketts
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
John Ricketts brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning ministry, humanitarian service, nonprofit leadership, disaster response, organizational development, and international operations.
Throughout his career, John has led complex programs and teams, managed large-scale humanitarian operations, worked alongside communities following major disasters, supported international operations, developed strategic partnerships, and served in leadership roles within the national disaster-response community.
Those experiences shaped his conviction that leadership is ultimately about people, stewardship, service, and the ability to remain anchored when circumstances become uncertain.
John founded Ankyra Leadership Group to bring that experience together with the expertise of other accomplished professionals, creating a firm capable of meeting organizations where they are and surrounding them with the right people for where they need to go.
His Christian faith shapes his understanding of leadership and service and remains foundational to Ankyra’s values of Strength, Faith, and Hope.
